Thanks for visiting "Submitted for Publication", a repository of the letters
and commentaries I have written on a variety of issues and topics. Many
were submitted to local and national newspapers, magazines and Internet
websites but most not published. I selected the ones which I believe are
deserving of inclusion.
I hope you are equally encouraged to think about issues important to you,
take pen in hand (or fingers to a keyboard) and write your thoughts and
opinions to share with others.
Whether you have the urge to write or not, one thing you should consider
doing, especially after reading an editorial which raises your blood pressure,
is go to the papers online site and read the comments others make. You
may be surprised to see many thoughtful responses, many providing valid
counter arguments, often better than the editorial itself!
